I thought the course was great and the facilitator really helped to bring everyone into the conversation, a range of activities and kept us to time too! A great course that really forced me to be more self-reflective.
I felt it was really informative, but touched upon things we may have already been aware of and gave a better grasp of how to be better at multiplying.

Very different form of training where it's mainly based on attendees interaction. This is new for me and I quite enjoyed it.
Course is great though some elements seem to be more applicable to leaders of organisations rather than leaders of teams
