The main issue with the course was the lack of parking at the venue. There is nothing to indicate that visitors are not allowed to park on the visitor car park. As a result of this, the course started one hour late on the first day due to people having to go out to move their cars. The other issue is the online multiple choice questionnaire; several people (myself included) had issues with connectivity, and the fact that you cannot go back if you know you have made a mistake is also a problem. The course as a whole was enjoyable, and that was down to Paul. He made everyone feel comfortable and never rushed anyone.

Fabulous learning experience that has left me with more confidence to deal with situations that hopefully never arise. Our trainer Darren was extremely patient and explained everything in detail as many times as needed! It was a privilege to be able to take part so thankyou very much.

This course has been very informative, I personally feel more confident to assist a casualty if they required first aid, than I did before. This course has been interesting, and i was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Paul is kind and caring compassionate person, he also has years of experiences, which we all had the benefit of. Thank you very much Paul.
