Real-world scenarios and hands-on practice help attendees remember the learning and feel confident responding to first-aid situations at work and beyond. They value trainers’ clear explanations, strong subject knowledge, patience and humour, which keep the sessions relaxed, inclusive and engaging. Day 1 & 2 Trainer was OK did learn some stuff, but not a lot. Day 3 Kev our trainer was very informative. A lot of the stuff he mentioned contradicted a lot of what the trainer had taught over the last 2 days.

Day 1 and 2 (scott)trainer was very poor. Learned more about him than first aid. Glad I already had forst aid otherwise I don't think I would have learned much Day 3 (kev)trainer gave great content and much more helpful

Course was disorganized and some parts not relevant: We went out in town to try a localisation app instead of doing further revisions. (Wondering if the trainer is a sponsor of the app…) Subjects like serious illnesses, diabetes, stroke were all covered in just minutes. We did no exercise on recognition of symptoms. Instead of having questions all together we went into private questioning which is a waste of time as the answer could have benefited everyone. The slides used were not the Tesco first Aid slides. Trainer was concentrating in only a part of the class and not everyone equally. Half of the 2nd and 3rd day was just a repetition of the 1st day.

Trainer Brent was fantastic, really interested in the topic and knows the course very well. Made the whole thing much more enjoyable. The course itself was very well organised and very informative, I would happily return in the future for more courses.

Anne was excellent. i've been one a few courses over the years but I've never had first aid be brought to life the way Anne did it. every question we had she was able to answer and it really brought first aid to life. i would highly recommend this three day course to anyone who needs it
