I think that the trainer could have developed some sensitivity towards learners during the session. The trainer went through the slides very quickly so I wasn't able to detail my notes enought that I would have liked to. It also was that we finished early and did not have anything to do until we where able to complete the assesment and it would have been nice to have a course booklet to take home.

Two negative comments would be: the venue was a bit tired and could have been closer to the serving rail service. The questions on the exam were misleading at times. I don’t think it’s appropriate to have questions that are designed to ‘trick’ the participant. The wording in some questions left some doubt as to which answer was correct.

Are trainer Jonathan was extremely warm and welcoming, he explained all topics in great detail and made the course more enjoyable. This is a great course for anyone that needs to know basic/advanced first aid.
