The course was great. Lots of practical so it's sticks in the memory better. Good bunch of people attending. The trainer really motivated us, she was funny. The hotel's slow wifi was a wee bit of a pain but we got by.

Good course full of important information that will assist me in my role as a first aider at work.

Very realistic and trainer had excellent stories that made all aspects of situations real. Killed off " old wives tales".

Had an absolute blast of a time, which is obviously quite a surprise for what is essentially work training. But really friendly, active and open approach made it really fun and informative.

Great course leader, went into depth on each section and answered all questions asked with extensive knowledge.
