Trainer (Mak) was a very good and knowledgeable trainer, I gained a lot of knowledge from him. I have attended a few 3 day courses in the past and this one rated highly due to the amount of practical's involved and not death by PowerPoint. Mak kept you on your toes and this really helped be develop and feel confident with dealing with different situations that face us in life from a First Ait point of view.
