The course has been very informative and interesting. The instructor has been a good laugh and is actually quite funny. I feel like I’ve learned a-lot of valuable lessons that i hopefully won’t need to use.

Very informative, and nothing was any trouble. Would repeat and go over anything we needed.

I was hesitant about taking the course, it feels like a lot of pressure to be seen as someone certified in first aid but it was really insightful. It was engaging, and encouraging and the instructor did a great job including everyone. There were some memorable anecdotes too that help, at least for me, to remember aspects of the course.

The course was full of so much important information and lots of opportunities for us to carry out practical scenarios. The trainer, Kev was brilliant at putting us at ease, explaining everything and being supportive in our practical scenarios. The only complaint I have would be with the Wifi, which is not of your concern that is with the council as we were in a council building. It did take quite sometime on our 1st morning to log onto the Wifi for all of us. Apart from the technology issues the course was brilliant, thank you to Kev.

The trainer was a really nice person who taught us in a way that taught us rather then board us

The course was comprehensive and has left me feeling more confident in dealing with any first aid situations. Jimmy paced the course well and was great at answering questions.

I thought the training was comprehensive - I had zero First Aid training prior to attending and now feel much more informed. Mark was an engaging trainer who knew the course material well. The venue was ok. I think 3 days is a long time and would have rather attended for 2 days. I rated the content and materials 3/5 as I was disappointed that there were no handouts and not even a notepad and pen (which wasn't made clear in the joining instructions). Mark did not use the slides because he was so familiar with them however I would have found it helpful if Mark had recapped each section with a quick run through of the slides. Thank you for providing me with a good understanding of First Aid.
