Dave was very clear and in depth. Any questions were answered with great explanation.

I found the course extremely informative and I learnt a variety of new things, I definitely feel confident about applying simple first aid techniques on a customer / member of the public.

Very interesting course, Dave kept us all interested in the material throughout the 3 days we were here and I feel confident in my knowledge of first aid now
