Really enjoyable course, learnt plenty and the trainer was excellent

Some of the book information is outdated

Trainer had extensive knowledge very well explained and good practical

Course book needs updating

Mark is very knowledgeable on the content in the course

Glossy manual out of date, R.I.C.E information wasn't correct

Was very enjoyable which helped me to take more in and learn.

I really enjoy this course, everything because of the trainer Brent Murphy which is very nice, expirienced and smart person. Every story he said makes you that you belive that course make sense, and you belive that you can make a difference and save someone life. I feel better and smarter after that, and I hope to heard mr Brent Murphy again some day. Thank you
