Really enjoyable experience. Hopefully will not have to use all I have learned. But I now feel comfortable if I do.

Some of the questions on the test were written in a confusing way which would make it difficult for people with dyslexia or processing disorders to give the correct answer. There were also typos and spelling mistakes on the tests.

The course content was excellent and the trainer provided a unique and memorable course. We all had issues with how many of our test questions were worded. Some were misleading, and we struggled to understand which answer to select on certain questions. That aside the course was excellent.

Matt was an extremely competent and engaging trainer. He made all tasks and topics interesting, practical and relevant. His use of real life events really helped bring every point home.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, great content. A slight issue with the online assessments but once logged in ok.

Excellent course. Well delivered and very informative. Explained well. However the final daily tests were not very clear and were confusing which meant you could get an answer wrong just because of the wording of the question, even though you knew and had the answer explained well to you.

The hotel only had 1 room booked for two courses which wasted time. The handout was inaccurate In regards to some of the test answers. Specially RICE being Comfort and not Compression is an example. Mark was very good and had great knowledge. He kept the course attendees engaged with a good cadence to the presentation
