Insufficient practical use of training material and demonstrations due to Covid
Antonia was a great teacher and made the course enjoyable whilst learning! I now feel confident if I need to help anyone in the office or possibly in real life situations. She was very relatable and great company to have while learning about difficult situations and circumstances!!
Content was interesting and relevant… trainer added scenarios and shared life experiences which made the course enjoyable and entertaining as well as informative Excellent!

The trainer was superb. Her knowledge and the way she passed this on was by far one of the best I have seen. There were no times when she had to check things out and it was apparent that she had a very healthy knowledge of her subject. Her interaction with the group was also really good. She brought a light-hearted feel to the class without losing the seriousness of the content. I have taken off one star due to the fact that there were no manuals. If they are not going to provide manuals in the future, if we could have emailed the presentation to us.
