Marlene was very informative. Very open to questions, answered all our questions with very informative answers.

Great course thoroughly enjoyed it

Enjoyed the course, and it was good to do a refresh as I did it just over 3 years ago, so mine had run out.

Second day questions worded a bit hard/ tricky. Apart of this no other inconvenience.

Both Frans and David Gardiner made the course fun and enjoyable which made it easier to take in information. There was no such thing as a silly question.

Frans only did day one, he was great. But day 2&3 was David Gardiner and with his knowledge as a paramedic was brilliant. Great presentations and kept us focused on the training. AAA+++
