Content was exactly as expected. The trainer was very knowledgable about the course and was able to give real examples of scenarios. Course content couldn’t be delivered in the normal way due to COVID-19.

Andrew had a unique way of doing things due to the Covid restrictions and they were alot better than the courses I had been on previously, he had ways of remembering things and told stories that stuck in your mind as a trigger. Great ideas and a great facilitator
