Helen made it enjoyable and a fun way to learn first aid and i feel ive taken more information on this way
Training is excellent however, the slides need to be proof read as there are a number of spelling mistakes and this detracts from all the good stuff Helen has done. Helen has a mind of knowledge, information and lots of anecdotes to enhance the course.
The trainer is very friendly and incredibly informative. I have got to the end of my three days feeling very confident in the skills that have been tought
