Excellent course and leader but not sure the questions need to try to confuse
I was happy with the training and how the trainer communicated all of the relevant information.
Really enjoyed the course. Good pace, left feeling much more confident about responding to a first aid need.
Room on the final day was small, had to leave to do some of the practical work
The best First aid course I've been on. Easy delivery of everything we needed to know and he was always happy to answer questions. Such a good laugh and would definitely like to see him in 3 years to do my refresher. Thank you David Gardiner.
Helen is a great trainer, makes the course fun and very engaging.
The trainer (Helen) was incredible throughout the 3 days, clear in explanation and approachable to ask for anything that we are unsure about.
The practical was fantastic and very informative. The trainer was supportive, knowledgable and friendly. I learned alot of good practices in the training. Some of the slides had spelling errors or extra numbers in phone numbers. As a dyslexic individual this negatively affects my learning. In addition some of the test questions seemed poorly worded.
