The trainer was outstanding. She had everyone completely engaged and made the experience very positive. The content of the course was excellent.

The course was, concise, informative, with good content. There was plenty of CPR practice, defib training, bandaging ext, As well as conditions content. The only thing that I felt was the topics were a but jumpy on places but overall great course. Carol is an excellent teacher. She is professional, experienced and calm but with a gentle authority for getting people to learn & get the job done. Well done & thank you.

Course content was fine but we still need brochure as it's very handy to go back to which i have done for past few years. Please can we have them brochures BACK.
