I felt sorry for the gentleman as nothing was prepared for us re hotel as the bookings was muddled up as a 1 day course was happening the same day He was very apologetic which wasn’t his fault at all.

I found the course very informative which is solely down to our trainer (Matt Baker). He is excellent in his role, he took the time to get to know the attendees and would always explain in detail about what we were doing and answer any questions or concerns which we may have. He is a credit to Greencross and should be acknowledged for his role.

I feel the course would have been much better if it had some literature to back it up that we could take away and use in our own time. Maybe just print outs of the PowerPoint screens or a link to a printable download. It would have been very useful for revision.

The trainer was excellent and ensured that each trainee was engaged and fully understood what they needed to be aware of within both the practical and paper based activities. The course content was of a great standard, the only thing missing was a paper based version of the first aid booklet, if an issue arises I will not be able to use a mobile device to obtain the needed information.

Fantastic trainer he made the course fun and explained any questions I had with no problem everyone was friendly and I couldn’t fault it for someone like my self who suffers with social anxiety I was made to feel welcome and for those three days I had no problem talking or getting involved with the first aid group all I can say is thanks James McKnight .
