Good 3 day course. Very thorough and informative

The assessment questions were worded badly, and day 3 questions were repetitive.

I liked the repeated use of cpr dummies as more practice made the actions and processes stick. Not so keen on role play but understand why used.

A good course with full information , intructor clear and precise and knows his stuff ! The leaflets were clear and handy to take home !

Reuben had a great blend of practical examples and engaging presentation techniques, I thoroughly enjoyed the full course

Surprised I did not receive manual,dont believe YouTube videos are good fit for practical reasons

Very enjoyable 3days johnathan was a cracking instructor and has no end in his knowledge of all topics. Would have been nice to still have a physical manual as well as the ability to to see the results of each test.

Paul's knowledge was superb and his video's were first class. He also interacted well with everyone. I would have liked to be able to review my test answer's

Good course. All topics needed taught in a concise and good way.
