Brilliant course, really informative, stories from real life to give us an insight into situations, time lines and how to keep casualties calm

Kevin was brilliant, lots of engagement and communication, practical and the way he explained things was what it needed to be.

Phil was an absolutely brilliant trainer! He clearly is an expert in his field and shared his knowledge with us in a way that made us WANT to learn about this very important subject. I feel so much more confident now that I could deal with an emergency at work or anywhere else for that matter.

Course was really good so not going to mark down the scores, but was really disappointed that there were no hot drinks provided as part of course provision. .. seems very petty and penny pinching not to make those quite basic arrangements. Because we were left to purchase individually on adhoc basis, when we broke up mid-morning the hotel was unable to prepare a coffee at all because "the machine was being cleaned after breakfast service". drinks generally on a hotel site are expensive and may not necessarily be able to be claimed back by an individual.
