Course was well balance, good spilt of practical & theory.
Eric was a really great trainer, kept everyone engaged throughout the training session
The trainer was very good at explaining and did not rush us if we had a question. The only thing I do wish is that we got something on paper to go over what we learned. It would be helpful to take away instructions of what was learned as something to refer back to every now and again as a reminder

Frans was a great course leader. He made the course interesting and relatable by telling personal stories which really helped me engage and buy into the course. There were several practical aspects and videos to support all types of learners. He constantly checked for understanding throughout which helped when recalling the information for the assessment.
