Enthusiastic presenter with excellent knowledge. At times she spoke a little fast and with her accent I had to request her to repeat it. The depth of detail was better than any other first aid course I had been on with good examples to aid understanding. During the assessment some individuals had trouble logging on - this meant that there was lots of talking when others were trying to concentrate. Perhaps in future logins to the test could be something to be checked during breaks.

Good standard of training covering all likely events at work and home

Happy with the course good amount pf detail and some handys bits given that where not in course trainer was very interactive

Great course and knowledge learnings

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and thought Jimmy was friendly and easy to speak to. I would have liked to have spent a little more time on each subject probably due to my age and requiring a bit more time to take it all in!! Having said that I took notes and can now read over them at home and certainly feel a lot more confident to offer help in an emergency.
