Good learning experience. Disappointed that the on line element did not work for some of the candidates

Kev Clark is best first Aid Trainer. So knowledgeable and thorough. Fully recommended him as best Trainer.

Excellent communication from trainer. The course could have covered more common first aider situations, like heart attacks & diabetic patients,

Shaun was an amazing instructor and delivered the best first aid training I'd ever had (this was the 4th time for me). He was interesting fun and engaging and ensure he kept his 'audience' interested and involved throughout. Was a great day! Admin was not so good with lots of technical issues. Also it would be handy to advise when booking there is no parking available at a location!

A fun day, with lots of useful info. The multi-choice app was a bit on-and-off (kept logging us out) and some of the questions were not that clear, but overall the trainer was great and the day was more informative and enjoyable than I had anticipitated

Content was well delivered but very condensed , personally I would have preferred it over 2 days rather than 1

Enthusiastic presenter with excellent knowledge. At times she spoke a little fast and with her accent I had to request her to repeat it. The depth of detail was better than any other first aid course I had been on with good examples to aid understanding. During the assessment some individuals had trouble logging on - this meant that there was lots of talking when others were trying to concentrate. Perhaps in future logins to the test could be something to be checked during breaks.

Louise was first class, and deserves recognition. Louise delivered the course brilliantly and was so inspiring. 10/10 Please give recognition to Louise
