Great trainer with excellent knowledge, thoroughly enjoyed the course

i really enjoyed the day and Jack was such a nice guy

It was good to discuss safe and legal part and managers responsibilities and paperwork. Nice friendly trainer. Good material, good examples in detail, good to hear real life examples were told by him.

the course was fun and insightful, the trainer was engaging and ready to answer any questions no matter how complex
