Lovely guy, explained more than just what in the slides. Focused on the first aid course but also talked about humans actually react in this situations, which definitely gave us more confidence in taking the necessary actions when needed. Serious subject sprinkled with some funny jokes, I’ve really enjoyed it. Thank you Phil!🙌

Brilliant course & trainer! I've done so many first aid and emergency training courses before - NHS care staff level and general public level and this was by far the best experience I have had. Phil really helped me understand how the theory would work in practical settings where things don't always go to plan, how to manage anxiety in stressful emergency situations and also to understand why we should do things rather than just what to do. As an autistic person with 2 anxiety disorders I struggle with anxiety around how I would deal with these situations a lot - just thinking about what might happen. I feel much calmer and more well prepared following this course. Being able to ask questions and Phil taking the time to provide thorough explanations and examples was useful. Also Phil kindly taught us extra syllabus on request (child and infant CPR and chocking). Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

One of the better first aid courses I have attended over my 10yrs experience. Was nervous about how cpr would be done around COVID but David explained it well, let down by room size but out with his control (Sainsburys fault) David was a really friendly and approachable trainer with some great examples of experiences.

Bad signal for the quiz. Not the trainers fault but makes it very difficult for some people
