Due to covid restrictions we couldn't do a lot of contact learning but that isn't the fault of the course the trainer was very good

Course was very informative and the trainer was thorough and realistic about possible scenarios and used real life experiences to aid the training and bring it to life. Great use of media to support training where social distancing meant practical training working together was not wanted due to contact, but was offered as an option during breaks and after session if participants wanted to try it out such as the CPR etc. I have come away with lots of useful tips to support me if certain situations occur.

Trainer was very knowledgeable and put the group at their ease.

Would be 5 stars all round had there been more practical/activities to do; I'm aware this would be more likely post covid

I enjoyed the training and the day. I found the trainer very engaging in his approach, and I could ask any question no matter how silly this may sound and he answered. His jokes on the other hand are diabolical and you need to give him a new joke book. Would love to do training again with him. well worth it.

The course was run well ,after we had to swap venues. Should have been at park head tec, due to location and accessibility. The refresher valuable, giving us a chance to test our knowledge. The app registration, a bit long winded. should have been, in one application.

The course was run well, once we switched locations. Better access at Park Head Tec ,where we relocated to. Refresher valuable, allowing us to test our knowledge and application. The app registration via our phones, a bit long winded. Should have been in one simple application. The trainer very knowledgeable and supportive. Keeping us engaged throughout the course.

Course is too long for the amount of information to be given to the learner. Reuben Mason did a wonderful job of trying to keep the class engaged and to get them to take part in all sections of the course. Cut the length of the sessions down and run two a day 8-12/12-4Response : Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunatley we have no control regarding the trainer to delegate interaction time. This is set by Ofqual. To be able to deliver regulated trainiing we must comply with their training standards.
