Trainer was really good and got the group engaged in the content. Good content too just a shame that some of the practical stuff was still unavailable due to covid rules.

Excellent presentation with a lot of personal experiences thrown in which made it more intereting than usual.....

I feel it was an important training course that everyone should have a chance to take. Scott covered the key points in a serious manner but was never boring or rambling. A worthwhile day.
