I thought the trainer was good, was clear with his speech, explained everything thorough. Encouraged participation. Normally first aid courses are boring but the trainer kept me engaged.

I completed the same course 3 years ago which was before covid restrictions. It’s a shame that we are still in a position of certain restrictions as when completing first aid you need that one to one interaction to practice. The trainer Carol was an absolute joy. She ran the course smoothly and was always asking if everyone understood or needed to ask any questions. I really enjoyed my first aid training.

Kev was a great teacher on the course today. Couldn't have asked for a better and more informative teacher. One thing that would have been good is for an information book to take away with us to have as a reference point for First Aid.
