Good content of the course. The trainer was great, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Very engaging and interesting course with great instructor. Would have been great to have a practical assessment/case story scenario to put theory into practice.

Lack of digital facilities to deliver assessment. No council Wi-Fi, my council device had the website blocked.

Very good trainer, engaging and fun. Would have been nice for school specific things like allergies /epipens to be included in the course.

Fun and clear instructor. Volume on videos could be louder. A few typos on slides. Very enjoyable and informative.

I thought the course was well presented and very useful. Just 4/5 overall as 'broken bone's was not included and this is something that we encounter in schools from time to time. Thanks for the course. :)

the questions at the end had different wording in to what we had been taught by the trainer this confused us and some of us made the mistake of guessing the answer so got a couple wrong
