The Instructor for my first aid course was brilliant, full of information and enthusiastic when presenting. It was a great course to do the only downfall I felt was on the one day course that I did it was based on just adults as I would like to learn a brief about different first aid when It comes to children or Babies

Was a interesting course which reuben made fun and intellectual learnt a lot of stuff needed that will come in handy

Good ratio of practical and theory, engaging trainer, feel much more competent and comfortable to administer emergency first aid

Very engaging trainer. Enjoyed practical elements. Feel videos could be slightly more engaging. All round feel I have a solid basis in emergency first aid for the workplace

Course was very well put together. But i am a little slow on reading so could have used a little longer to make small notes and memories. But overall was happy with course!

I found this course was very educational and the trainer (Franz) was able to present the information in a fun and enjoyable manner. The group i was with were very friendly and helpful too which improved this training experience

Interest and informative training day.

Engaging instructor with clearly a lot of experience. Not an awful lot of time for practical applications on the 1 day course but you do get a lot of basic knowledge and practical practise on the most important items.
