The training was nice, interactive, understanding, more experience gained, more skills acquired.
The training session was very comprehensive and gave me a solid understanding of conflict resolution, fire training, resuscitation and general handling. Everything was covered in a way that was easy to follow and genuinely useful for my role. The trainee assessor who delivered the session was excellent. She explained each section clearly and in detail, if there was anything you were unsure about, she took the time to go over it and make sure you fully understood. Her approach made the session engaging and supportive throughout.
