Good amount of up to date information given
It was unfortunate that the urinal trainer had an emergency and didn't appear but the replacement trainer travelled 70 miles to reach us and did his best to rectify the situation. Overall the job got done which is all that matters.
Morning was disturbing and felt if we hadn’t called in we wouldn’t still be waiting. Thank you for making it up during the course of the day , great trainer
