CSTF Mandatory Training (1/2 Day Practical) Reviews

Wendy was very good but would have liked a bit more content, although she advised that thus is a refresher course. The NLS and CTG course was very limited and needs updating.

Some things are best not said in a public forum. Therefore, feel free to make contact with me personally regarding interpersonal communication and why I literally had to force myself not to walk out prior to the commencement of the training.

Shame about being not listening and being on their phones … overall good communication and skill set

Finished too late. Some information too advanced for carers. Hoist not working.

Facilitator was fantastic very knowledgeable and engaging, I thought there should be more assessment of practicals skills and knowledge.

I am a BMS-biomedical scientist.I work in a laboratory.I never go on wards,never see patients and am not permitted to handle patients.The course was irrelevent and inappropriate for me.For some strange reason an agency made it compulsory for me to attend.If I were a nurse I would say that the course was fine.
