The Moving and Handling Train the Trainer course is, without question, the most insightful and useful training course I have attended. It provided a perfect balance of theory and practical application, giving me not only a deeper understanding of safe moving and handling principles but also the confidence and skills to effectively train others. The course was engaging, well-structured, and delivered in a way that encouraged participation, discussion, and critical thinking. The trainer’s knowledge, experience, and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way made the learning experience both enjoyable and memorable.
