The course was a good refresher. It may need to be adjusted to provide more time to go through the content for people who have not delivered manual handling training previously.

John was a great trainer but I don’t think the course is informative enough to expect people to go and train a moving and handling workshop

Engaging, theory felt long but necessary, practical felt quicker although both informative
