Very good course felt like the trainer listened to questions very well and answered them well gave all staff a chance to speak up and ask whatever questions that was on their mind
Very engaging and very enjoyable learning. Karen did an amazing job making sure it wasn't just practical but also very informative. I feel alot more confident and able now I have done this course.

Annie was a fantastic trainer clear and demonstrated clearly and understood everything
Good course though allot of slides to get through. Annie was engaging and knowledgeable. The venue had no windows and dim lights which for 2 days was draining. There was also no tables so we were having to make notes on our knees and keep our drinks on the floor which of course i knocked over.
I thought the course was very informative and expanded my knowledge , I thought Annie was excellent as a teacher she gave constructive feedback when needed and encouraged the group to improve and discuss personal experiences. I would highly recommended Annie as a lecturer so anyone and I hope to be in her class in the future.
