Videos need updating as the content is a bit outdated. Also the hospital group took our equipment too early. Slides were good though.

We had paid for 2 days use of the equipment for practical training in our facility and the hoist was delivered but collected before the end of the training. This was out of our control and we did not have chance to use it despite paying extra, the bed was also a massage bed, which was not practical. No boards, slide sheets, etc, The sling was a toileting sling Videos were out of date Gracie is a fantastic facilitator

Trainer delivery was excellent. Full involvement and encouragement for discussion. Videos were dated but remaining info content was excellent. The equipment provided was removed early preventing use but was provided at a cost. The overall course was good.

Very good trainer very informative and enthusiastic about all topics. Slides and presentation all good but videos outdated and need updating. Equipment also taken away early even though it was paid for for 2 full days and we didn’t even get chance to use it.

The course was delivered very well however the videos are very out of date and need updating. Having the equipment removed halfway through the day was unfair on the trainer (who handled the situation very well) and disrupted our learning on the course.

Jonathan was very friendly and informative, encouraged participation and made the people on the course feel at ease. He was willing to listen to many questions and helped to problem solve individual scenarios he was being given by the attendees on the course.

Jonathan was amazing, I mean, I felt tensed amongst the rest of the trainees but he came up with very brilliant ways to ease the group into feeling free to speak and discuss the topics and he is quite knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend him to anybody. Most importantly, I learned a lot.

Johno was brilliant! Very engaging for all trainees and kept everyone's interest. Very informative training and i walked away feeling confident. Will definitely recommend!

Johnathan was very good. He was so engaged with the people taking ideas from everyone and listen to their point of view. We really enjoyed training with him.

Trainer was knowledgeable but lots of tangents which made it difficult to follow at times. Some content was rushed through when it seemed important to do slowly. Practical elements were all demonstrated well.
