The trainer was very good and explained well all topics

Enjoyed the training. Gaynor was really good and interactive which allowed better understanding of the training. Both days were interesting.

I have learnt alot from the course and im confident to deliver the skills and knowledge to my learners. The only thing that needs changing is on one of the video clips says the hoist should have the brake applied when in use, however the brake should only been applied if the hoist is stationary and not in use

Trainer was excellent-very pleased with his performance Good knowledge, stories and rapport with the delegates Less impressed with the venue-flasks of tea/coffee arrived in the morning but not in the afternoons Cafe closed and lunch not provided , it would have been helpful if this had been advised before the course

The trainer was well-versed in the subject matter and managed to provide clear and relatable examples throughout the training sessions. He managed to captivate my interest and maintain it during the entire session in such a way that time just flew out of the window. Over and above that he was motivational, well-prepared and eagerly interested in imparting and sharing knowledge which is quite commendable. A notch above his sleeve and bravo to him!
