I can’t rate Joanne highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. Jo was friendly, approachable, and incredibly experienced. Over the two-day course, I learned so much, and the advice and training I was given will stay with me forever. I now feel confident and competent in training our company’s staff, knowing I’m doing it correctly and competently. Found the course very interesting, learnt a lot of really useful things. Particularly enjoyed the practical demonstrations. The trainer (Jo) made me feel at ease straight away and made everyone feel so welcome and kept it a really relaxed atmosphere.
