Lovely 2 day training session ran at a lovely pace and very informative. Karen the trainer was really nice and knowledgeable.
Training was professionally delivered with clear structure, resources and relevant content all throughout. Anpositive and so enthusiastic trainer created an inclusive environment with regular feedback that ensured us remained motivated and achieved the session’s objective.
Course was really good very informative as a good mix of PowerPoint and practical work

The trainer was brilliant efficient and taught in a way that made you feel less nervous and easier to learn due to this. The fun element is great help and also saying a little about ourselves plus a story helped to break the ice
