Helen is a great tutor, she delivers the courses with ease and flys through them but at a speed in which you completely understand everything, which allows more time to indulge in the one file.

Really enjoyed it as sometimes you don't always think of others career development and maybe what they need.

This session effectively explored the importance of both physical and mental health in children's development, emphasizing how these two aspects are interconnected. We discussed how promoting healthy nutrition, encouraging regular physical activity, and ensuring proper rest are key factors in supporting a child’s overall health. Additionally, we touched on the significance of mental health, highlighting the role of emotional well-being in a child's ability to grow, learn, and interact socially. The session reinforced the idea that healthy relationships, consistent routines, and positive adult role models are essential in fostering resilience and emotional well-being in young children. We also explored practical strategies for caregivers to help children cope with stress, express emotions appropriately, and build healthy habits. By integrating these approaches, we can ensure children grow into emotionally balanced and physically healthy individuals.
