This is my third full week. We've been learning about Health and Safety, Diversity, Laws, etc..We received a lot of information and knowledge. All the topics link to one another with the aim to equipped us with all we'll need for this career. In Health and Safety we learned how to evaluate hazards. We celebrate diversity and equality and was very interesting to learn and apply in a deeper level knowledge about Laws and Legislations. It definitely was a very productive week.
I've really been enjoying my sessions for the last few weeks. Kim is a fantastic, knowledgeable and personable tutor who I have been really enjoying working with and learning from. The information provided is succinct, clear and relevant, and I am building confidence in my understanding of the skills required for working in Early Years settings and also my knowledge of best practice, policy and procedure.
This is the 2nd week of the course and I have to say that I'm learning a lot from it. This week, because of the safeguarding sessions, it was quite overwhelming. It gave us a picture of how important and wide safeguarding is and the part we all play on it. Looking forward for next week
I'm very happy and grateful for the opportunity to be part of this course. This was the full 1st week, and all the teachers are very helpful and easy to understand. In general, I'm learning a lot of new things and terms. I'm looking forward to see and learn what is coming and equipped myself with everything possible that will help the children on their development in their early years
