It was a informative session

The session was well planned and every slide linked into the last. The hole session brought what we had learnt together, the teacher was well prepared and showed understanding and knowledge in what they were saying. The teacher always refers back to what individuals had said, which i feels makes you feel included and valued. The teacher themselves, is a very good active listener and always shows appreciation of what you have contributed. The sessions are always inclusive, fun, informative and does not feel long, it flows very well, i always go away feeling that i have gained more knowledge in my understanding that i can take away and share with my team.

The session was well planed and the teacher can also relate what they are talking about to legislation and guidance and Act's showing their knowledge on the subject. You can feel that everyone is included and the teachers has ways of getting everyone involved in a fun and easy way, building your confidence along the way. These sessions are building my personal knowledge and up skilling my role as DSL and SENCO, I have had fun in all my sessions, times seems to past quickly because everyone gets involved. Even though i have had safeguarding training before, this session has gone into detailed on the subjects i have learnt today, having this extra knowledge will support my role.

Very chatty, and well presented. very informational and love that the delivery was positive and proactive. was nice to have a cheery voice to make the evening session.

The session has given me the opportunity to reflect on my own practice and knowledge, during the session and also with a work sheet to complete. The work sheet will not only help myself but other staff in the setting. The teacher shows confidence in what they are saying, as during the session they easily bring up legislation's and Acts, that link to their statement's, this gives me confidence in the course, as during the session's they always talk about keeping your self up to date, and it goes to show that regular reading and training can help you maintain the knowledge that you have learnt. During my session, i feel valued and listened to, i feel appreciated for the participation i put in and i always feel welcomed.
