I really enjoyed the Health and Wellbeing session today. It was easy to follow and I learned some really useful ideas I can use in practice. I liked how we could join in and share our thoughts, which made it more interesting. Trainer Tara is always cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable, which makes the sessions enjoyable and engaging. :)

Today was very useful in helping me understand and further grasp on the topic of safeguarding. i know this is something i would need to keep in mind when working at a nursery as i will be working with children. identifying abuse signs and following procedures to record and refer abuses to professionals can be something i may have to do so being prepared and having the knowledge is very crucial.
The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and delivered all the content in a way that was very clear, easy to understand and easy to apply to Early Years settings.
