The training was clear, practical, and well-structured. It improved my knowledge and confidence in handling situations safely and effectively.
The venue is not clean , parking nearby is very expensive and hard to locate. The refreshments are limited as they removed them from us by 1pm yet we still has our tea and coffee allocated
