It was an interesting, educative, practicable and lovely excercise.

The Training was great. The techniques were clearly explained and demonstrated in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Gil and Dan were excellent trainers, knowledgeable, supportive, and thorough in ensuring everyone understood before moving on. They created a positive learning environment and encouraged questions throughout. Overall, it was an informative and valuable training experience that I would highly recommend.
