Trainers Gil and gracey have shown professionalism throughout the course, there have been occasions where some people turned up late, not listening or understanding and was able to demonstrate effective teaching for all to understand and learn by end of course. Gil on day one was very engaging and maintained an environment where all felt at ease quickly and engaging from the start. Thank you very much
