There was a section on looking after yourself, and that was an eye opener to me that I really wasn't looking after myself due to stress. It made me realize I need to take better care of myself even during stressful moments. So thank you for this!

Overall the course was good. Decently paced and helped me develop my time management skills. We learnt about different customer types and how they are in customer service environments and we also learnt about good team working skills what could have been better was the work and more explanations because sometimes it took a very long time to complete

This unit was about self management, work policies and how you interact with colleagues and customers, positive attitudes and behaviours, working as a team and I can confidently say I have gained a positive knowledge about everything on this unit and how to apply them in real life situations in any role or workplace and my personal life.
