Overall the course was good. Decently paced and helped me develop my time management skills. We learnt about different customer types and how they are in customer service environments and we also learnt about good team working skills what could have been better was the work and more explanations because sometimes it took a very long time to complete

Overall the sessions were good and informative but the staff at the venue lacked decent customer service skills and the rooms were cold

I think that course was professional and enjoyable.The venue was good but needs improving. The room was cold but overall it was a positive experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and have learnt how to prepare for interviews how to prepare a cv and about researching companies before applying for the role.
