This course is good, and the teacher is very nice, but I think during the course, the teacher can give some practical examples so that we can understand the theoretical knowledge more specifically.

I thought Craig really practiced what he preached. Great examples used through out the session and treated the training delegates like professionals by allowing us to share our solutions and adding to it where necessary. I would definitely recommend the training to friends looking for similar training solutions.

I really enjoyed the sessions, I think as a relatively green sales Executive it was brilliant to be bought together as a team guided by Craig to utilize others experiences and challenges. I thought Craig was a friendly, calm and overall brilliant trainer who really tried to engage with us all, and host a really great collaborative and engaging discussion in the sessions. When the content didn't particularly suit one role or another he was quick to try and work out solutions and how this could be seen/dealt with in our particular roles.
