I didn't book the course myself so can't rate the booking process etc
You're simply missing information regarding facilities available ahead of arrival, and the registration process.
No course confirmation or joining instructions were sent prior to the course so arrived not knowing if course was going ahead. No training materials/handbook were provided which would have been very useful for note making.
I had quite a few invoices sent through with different figures, this was a little confusing and I think it should be the accounts team who deals with this. Facilities available The teaching was a little fast at times and you're not able to make notes but teacher is great and feel open to asking questions
Micheal was a great instructor. Went through everything thoroughly and was a great when needed extra help. Real pleasure meeting him.
I learned a lot considering I did not know auto cad at the start
Ben has been a brilliant instructor, very engaging and entertaining, also extremely knowligable
There is a lot to take in, making it a three day course would be more suitable as I felt like some of it was rushed and we didn't cover distribution.
