The only criticism I'd have as I'm new to the industry, is that more blank paper may be required for notes.

The training gives me a more in-depth knowledge of the basic and up to date operation of weekly testing (Porous load sterilizers) and legislation. Keith is very knowledgeable and very good at presenting the whole course.

I find Keith to be very knowledgeable of what he is doing and also how he present the course. I finish the course with much more knowledge about autoclave that what I had before.

The training is very useful since I am currently doing the job and gives me more understanding on how the system works and the knowledge of the latest legislation. The trainer is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the course.
