Overall I had a poor experience I feel everyone should be treated the same. Pass mark of 75% but poor to no structure of what happens if you score below that. You are left in limbo. Now being told I have to sit the exam again after almost 3 week of taking the original exam, I am very disappointed. I would have expected questions around the area I failed rather than taken me through the whole exam process. Totally disappointed and stressed by the whole situation.

We acknowledge that the scope of the AP(D) is indeed broader than just flexible endoscope reprocessing, and we strive to provide comprehensive support to all candidates. Our instructors are committed to offering additional support both inside and outside the classroom. On two separate occasions, you benefited from one-to-one support. An AP(D) mentorship was also offered. In your specific case, the unforeseen illness of the instructor caused a delay in providing the necessary support immediately after the course. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're working diligently to schedule additional support sessions to address the areas where you need improvement. We want to assure you that we treat all candidates fairly and consistently. While the pass mark is 75%, we understand that candidates may require additional support to reach that level.
